I redeemed a gift card today, but didn't receive a pet with my card. Can you help me?

You redeemed a Gift Certificate that was purchased on our site, not a Gift Card that was purchased in a retail store.

Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for Membership or Crowns and do not come with a pet.
