I cannot log in!

I cannot seem to log in at any computer that I am at, it doesnt matter where I am I cant log in to play the actual game, I have sent many massages and asked for help about this through this page many times but no one has even attempted to help me, I have been a customer for four or more years and just recently spent 40 in gift cards to play but i cant, I can however check my account and setting witch allows me to stare at the 15,000 crowns i now have but cant use! Will someone at wizard101 please fix this or email me
