I bought a hawk bundle today and received the 5000 crowns in my bank, but I don't see a gift icon so that I can claim my mount, pet, and gear. Help please!!
The Gift Icon appears on the left of your screen, above your Health & Mana globes. I may not appear until the next time you log into the game. The items are still waiting there for you to claim them.

I agree with Prof. Greyrose. But, sometimes when you have Wizard101 running in a window and you are typing in a code at the same time, the gift will not appear until you log off then back on again. Hope this helped
