Training point lost or disappeared?

Yesterday a friend picked up two train points for finding the Krok beetles and the GH yardbirds. She went to the Ice school so she could start training towards Tower Shield but as soon as she clicked Frost Beetle, and it used a train point, apparently her other train point disappeared and now she has 0.

When I suggested she file a help ticket with KI or post the issue here, she seemed intimidated by it. She's young and internet-shy and I am asking on her behalf, what should she do to solve this problem.

The only thing she can do is send an email to our support team. We cannot investigate her particular issue without her contacting us, and we cannot respond to someone who contacts us on her behalf as it relates to her private account matters.

It's really very simple to contact us - she can use the form at https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game (click the Contact Us tab) or she can use email to support@wizard101.com

When contacting support, please give us:
->the account name
->the character name
->the operating system (PC or MAC)
->as much information about what was encountered as possible, including error messages or screenshots

NEVER send us (or anyone!):
->passwords
->full credit card information

The more information given up front, the faster the issue can be resolved. It can take up to 48 hours for Wizard101 customer support to reply to an email.
