Visit this page and look for the next spell you need to acquire. You will be shown which quests you need to complete to obtain the spell. You have not completed the required quest "The Runedown" http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Quest:The_Runedown
You need to complete the quest you currently have called "The Bigger They Are" given to you by Valgard Goldenblade in the Northguard Throne Room. Continue this quest, and approximately fifty others in Grizzleheim and Wintertusk and then you will be approaching the quest "The Runedown" which will unlock more spell quests.
