My wizard101 on my laptop won't open when it some kind of load and ready to click play then just wait but the thing is not coming out!

When you send the email to support, to save massive amounts of time and back and forth emails, send them your wizard's name and the dxdiag file found in the (Kingsisle) Wizard 101 folder on your computer. This can be found in the Bin folder.
