Incorrect critical values from wands

Hello!

Three wands (from the Islander pack) Have incorrect values when equipped:

Dying Embers Tiki Torch: Should give 65 Critical rating, gives only 13

Frosty Stare Tiki Torch: Should give 55 Critical rating, gives only 11

Shocking Truth Tiki Torch: Should give 75 Critical rating, gives only 15

The rest of their stats seem to be correct though. It would be nice if you could correct them so they get the listed values.

Rating doesn't equal percentages. At your level a 65 rating gives you 13% chance, that will drop 1% every 10 levels. This isn't a bug, just a misunderstanding of how the critical system works by you.
