Can't Interact With Anything

Very Angry at the moment, very. I've recently made a new wizard and purchased crowns to help speed the questline up a bit because I have done it before, I enter the throne room of fire where I am about to finish the dungeon, after buying henchmen to kill the bosses easily, and quickly. I then find that I cannot talk to the NPC to hand in my quest, so I think to myself oh great now I have to logout log back in and spend more crowns on the dungeon which I do and realise that I again cannot complete the final quest please kingsisle I have been a member for 5 years now and purchaser of crowns I would like to either have my quest completed or have a refund on the crowns I spent attempting to get through the dungeon.
