Dragon mount missing

My dragon mount is missing! I've looked everywhere and I know I didn't delete it. Please help!

If you are referring to the Blue Dragon (Permanent) Mount on Quinn FrostGem, please note that character is not on the account that you used to post on the Message Boards. This is the only record we have of a dragon mount on any of your accounts, and that item is currently equipped by Quinn FrostGem.

I'm sorry, not my brother's dragon, I meant my pterodactyl. I can't find that. My grandma even helped me look.

That would have been helpful information to have, young Wizard. Your Scarydactyl mount is in your Wysteria Villa.

To see all the items in your house
  • go to your house
  • open your decorating panel
  • click the Attic button
  • Click the 'House' tab
  • Mounts are listed under the piggle icon

You will need to repeat these steps both inside and outside your house.
