I am a lv 63 ice wiz, i just got snow angel and i'm not sure how to use the damage over time. The damage is 100+660 over time.My question is if i use ice blade, when i attack using snow angel+ice blade, does the +40% only to the 100 damage, or to the 660 damage too?

Blades increase the damage over time for all the 3 extra hits. When you add 40% to that attack, the 40% is distributed across the damage over time effect.

Traps only boost the initial impact of a single hit.

The blade will increase the entire spell damage.

Here are some other interesting combo's for using that spell, if you took the Sun Spells it also boosts the damage for you.

When you cast a "Blade" it will affect the entire spell, a "Trap" affects a single hit. So casting a blade spell would definitely increase the 100/660 base damage.
