So what the problem is i have had a problem with freezing in my game lately so i emailed support them emailed me back saying do this i did the thing thats suppose to work for my computer it sped up my game but i'm still having the problem i can join battles but mid battle ill freeze up or something thats annoying to game play i responded saying how it helped and how it didnt and i honestly feel like i'm talking to a broken bot who's not actually trying to help me so i would really like some help and actual legitimate help.
