I'm not sure if others are having the same problem, but in the quest "Gotta See Gretta" in Firecat Ally, Greta is not in her house.
I am trying to complete the quest on my level 160 storm. I read in another post from Jan of 2022 that the issue is problem from Greta leaving her house in the storyline.
I'd like to someday complete all side quests on this wizard. If there's a current work around that I don't know about, I'd love to hear about it!
