Please Make Guilds Worthwhile

Guilds are supposed to make the game more interesting for max Wizards? The minimum limit for doing anything with a guild is much too high. Make different levels of guild, if you must, but please let us create guilds with a lower limit for members needing to be online to unlock an area, do a raid, maybe even start a guild itself - to maybe 5 or 6. It is just simply not that much fun to try to herd that many cats at once, particularly as they are in different time zones and have different schedules.

Also, for anything but a raid, why on earth are you requiring everybody be online at once? If you insist on large numbers to unlock things, allow us to do it over a much longer time.

The confusion over who has multiple wizards that does not count toward the guild total means people are constantly being kicked out - lowering the number of wizards available for collecting azoth, and also creating ill-will. I am trying to start a guild at the moment specifically because the friend of a friend was ousted from our guild. I think it was a mistake, but can understand the pressure to make the limited number count when such a large percentage must be online to do anything worthwhile.

Guilds will not be worthwhile until you fix the limitations.
