Sorry its frustrating; it happens to me when my connection is weak in any way. seems very sensitive to it since I don't have connect issues with anything else. I just reboot and try again. Good luck :)
Idk if this is relevant, but I only started having this prob using a Mac for a first recently on Wiz. ?? Have played Wiz on Windows since 2012 and it was rare and usually if site was really busy. If I restart computer it will usually come back to normal after a couple tries.
