In Polaris if you get the Luphilim wings it is the first step towards being able to levitate or "float". Once obtained you will need particular wands to accompany the wings. The Eye of the Storm Pair (from Darkmoor) is one, another wand easier to get is from Mirage called the Aged Purrzian Axe and Shield which can be found in the equipment shops. My wizard name is gilroy and so far I have yet to see anyone else be able to do this so try it and have fun!
