for the last couple of days, when turning in quests to NPCs in Celestia if you stand too close when talking to them you get "stuck" to them and you cannot move; I port away to the entrance of CL and can see my character off in the distance but camera view I am still in front of the NPC and stuck to it. Very Strange.....it's happened with Edith Benchley and the Dog that gives quests in Stormriven. You have to port somewhere completely different or home to escape their grasp.
