hi i just downloaded wizard 101 on my gateway laptop. after 2 days of it working fine i went into the bazaar to help with a quest in krokotopia and it froze on me and at one point it opened and error message from windows saying
"the ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working normally. save all your progress and exit so you do not lose any data" or something along those lines. i have had this problem with other online games that have 3d effects like wizard101. i did some research and i need the system requirements for wizard101 but i need somewhat specific details
i have the Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family as display adapters
i know this is probably very technical information but i'm sure the people who help us wizards knows what it means. :-)

To better assess the issue, we need some more information from you, if you don't mind.

We need you to create and email to us a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. This information helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

Send that to community@wizard101.com and I'll have our technical Wizards take a close look at it.
