What happened to True friend chat???? Please answe

Ok, what happened to the True friend chat thing? Me and my sister were going to do it but i dont know what happened to it! Was it ever there? Did they take it away? Why is it still on the Players Guide? There is no 0101 button, only the X to exit the friends list. Can someone help me? Anything will help!

True Friend Chat must first be enabled through the Parental Controls on BOTH accounts to be able to exchange True Friend Codes.

Have your parent or guardian log in to your account to update the permissions for your account through the Parental Controls.
